Retrieve Login Information

Did you forget the Nickname used on the account?
The nickname is noted under Inmate Info on the inmate's profile page. All you need to do is find that page. :) Use the Search button above and enter ONLY the inmate's first or last name.

Forget the password?
To retrieve the password you need to have the Nickname on the account. If you supplied an email address when you created the profile, the login information will be sent to that email address. If you didn't, you'll have to contact the administrator to work something out.
