Looks promising, huh? Well, what’s taking you so long in writing me? (Smile) And while you are smiling, picture me and you sharing a few laughs together. What more can one really ask for? Me personally, one that can look past my current situation, and understand that even though I’m incarcerated, I still have dreams too. Dreams that no one else can see, ones that no one believes, but me? I’ve written two urban lit books, over 150 poems, and have received my GED, obtained certificates and credits in a college computer hardware program, along with many more educational traits. Outside of educating myself, I work out (exercise) daily to keep my mind and body in sync. Most importantly, I study the law as much as possible, so that I can find a way to be relieved from this unjust sentence that I’ve received, one in which I’ve constantly professed my innocence. I’m an understanding, caring, humorous, and trustworthy man, and I’m seeking a woman with similar, but not limited, characteristics. Is that you? Because now is all that you and I have, and if we see a tomorrow, then we can look back on yesterday and appreciate it today. So why prolong friendship when tomorrow’s not promised?? |
